Pros

- Remote work available - Most of the low-level employees and contractors are wonderful people who truly want what is best for the company and their customers.

Cons

- Most higher-level employees are the worst you'll meet in the industry. They refer to subsections of the company with inappropriate names while paying the same people starvation wages. - HR may as well remove the "Human" part of their title. They could care less about what laws are being broken, how people feel, or if people are being discriminated against. This is if you can manage to get them to recognize you long enough to have a 30-second conversation with no follow-up and a non-working resolution. - If you mention unhappiness you should start job searching. - The advisory board, investors, and high-level employees only care about profits. They do not care about employee treatment, employee sustainability, or customers in any way that doesn't involve dollar signs. - If the company decides they do not want you anymore, it will actively try its best to make you quit. - No raises, no bonuses, and no further compensation besides well-below industry-standard wages with subpar health benefits, if you're one of the few lucky enough to be offered health benefits at all. - The highest turnover rate that I've ever seen. People are almost consistently being fired or leaving.

Pros

I've got nothing good to say about Nitrado, I initially joined the company because I thought what they offered aligned with my career goals, but that turned out to be a huge mistake on my end. Save yourself the misery and stay away.

Cons

Working for Nitrado has felt like a complete waste of my time! The pay offered to employees is insultingly low! We're expected to keep up with heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines all the time, but our pay is barely enough to afford rent! There aren't a lot of opportunities to grow, either, unless you have a direct connection to leadership; regardless of how much you've done for the company, none of your hard work is ever going to be rewarded. If you're thinking of applying for a position at Nitrado, don't! Working literally anywhere else would do you more favors than settling for this mediocre company!
