I worked here for 3 years and had to leave as I moved too far from the office. I had a great relationship with a lot of people at the company and was sad to leave. There was a big emphasis on the employees and the benefits, flexibility, etc, was way above what I am seeing now during my job search.
Cons
They have grown a lot in the past few years and you can see they are catching up on their structure, etc.
