Declining culture and pay far below industry standards - Civil Engineer Nitsch Engineering Employee Review

New CEO sucking the culture out of everything that made Nitsch a great place to work at. Not even close to industry standard pay and if you bring it up they will pass you up for promotion for many years. Senior management are extremely stuck up and will hold grudges forever if you even question the company systems and policies. These are not the “nice” people they advertise themselves to be.
