      Pros

      Strong benefits with a generous 401K contribution program. Friendly Atmosphere with a willingness to help attitude.

      Cons

      "Head Count" limitations per department weakens the production levels and cause job burn out. Extensive recording/tracking for ordering and file retention at first it seems unnecessary, but over time it makes sense if we needed to refer to a previous process.

      Great energy and homy work environment. People here are practical and get things done efficiently. Work hard and go home on time. Most exciting news after 36 years of the company’s history is that we are moving into new building this summer. Can’t wait!

      Excellent benefits. Almost 4 weeks of PTO for new hires! The company is implementing some teambuilding, wellness, and engagement initiatives. Great people to work with.

      No company is perfect; Nittobo is starting to become alive again after the pandemic.
