- Ego runs rampant; if someone thinks their hot stuff they'll make it known at every single meeting.
- There appears to be limited investment in coaching or professional development. Repeated mistakes occur across all levels, especially with so called senior employees. This raises questions about role expectations and the consistency of standards.
