Pros
Fantastic company having a fabulous work culture. A very systematic approach for any work which is to be done. A good process is in place so that work goes smooth. Management is very supportive. Decisions are taken employee oriented. People love to come to the company and work. Very flexible environment as far as timings are concerned. Only work oriented people are there. They need only their work to be completed irrespective of whatever yo do. Work from home facility provided which is really very good for employees. People can take advantage of it in a great way. Also if in some valid cases if you wanna move to your home town and work from there than also they are providing such facility. On time salary. When work pressure is there management is with you to fully support you. People are good and very supportive. They arrange different trips and games every now and then to boost the confidence of employees working here. Many trips, lunch's,dinners, outings, annual celebration and all are a routine there.
Cons
-Increment takes some time in compared to other companies(3 months). But that's only due to unavailability of right people at right time. - New innovative ideas and innovative things where people can learn something new is not there. Monotonous job. - For freshers I dont recommend this, as you will not find that many challenges of work here.
