      Management is good and supportive. Flexible working hours and only 8hours per day . Employee friendly even provides WFH permanently. Salary is Credited timely. Open Environment.

      Cons

      Hierarchy is not followed even juniors may supervise you in very immature way. Task allocation is not as per capability. Don't have paid leaves or encashment of leaves collated in probation period.
