Pros

Nothing good comes out of this workplace

Cons

I'll not waste my or readers time, all of the 1 star reviews you've read or about to read are the authentic ones, and all of the 5 star ratings are from their own accounts or were submitted by their employees because the management forced them to. I thought some day they'll understand their mistakes they are making as the management, but looks like they never did. They got way too much time to realise what they're doing wrong, but I guess their ego blinded them. I've heard Nixaam is about to go out of business, on one hand I am sad that their employees will be jobless after some time, but on other hand, I am glad that this pathetic management won't be able to take advantage of or ruin people's careers, especially the fresh graduates who fell victim to them most of the time.

Pros

There is no con working in this company.

Cons

Toxic and Self-Serving Management: The leadership, particularly Rehan and Rizwan, is described as self-serving, firing employees without valid reasons and badmouthing them behind their backs. This creates a hostile work environment with a lack of trust and respect. High Employee Turnover: The company faces an alarmingly high turnover rate, with over 120 professionals quitting in less than a year. This points to deep-rooted issues within the workplace, such as poor management, lack of job satisfaction, and a toxic environment, which severely impacts team stability and overall morale. Micro-Management and Poor Employee Treatment: The use of TaskX and Hubstaff for micromanagement is seen as suffocating, adding unnecessary pressure and making employees feel constantly monitored. Deductions in pay for not running Hubstaff and making employees feel guilty for resigning further highlight poor treatment.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback - but please do not edit your comment. Your sentence in Pros "There is no con working in this company." Clearly tells that this is another fake review but unfortunately the reviewer exaggerate too much that posted with so many mistakes. Also your claim that 120 employees are leaving the company in one year will give a good laugh to our team as we have never hired so many people in a year - leaving them is another thing. With sincere advise to the ones posting fake reviews. Use good use of chatgpt and research well :) Nothing more to say. Have peace and thank you for giving us a good laugh on the con ones and "120" figure ;)
