I used to love working here. Nixon was focused on putting their customers first as well as taking care of their "associates". Now it's about how much more money they can make off a customer and take away from their employees. The commission plan changes and the result of that equals less money for the sales team even though expectations go up and you work your butt off to close deals. You have people getting promoted to management positions that they are not even qualified for. Hard work definitely does not get recognized here.
