Supportive staff but aggressive leadership and unclear goals - Manager No Frills Employee Review

Owner has a serious anger issue. They way he talked to his Wife who worked there and some of the other staff was highly aggressive. He was never ever clear on his goals for you or the team and would often expect you to just understand what he ment without giving details on how to get there.
