Pros
Overall, concept is good and you have a sense of contributing to a market where people need help and may have no other options.
Cons
Having to deal with the CEO, Sahil, Gupta, is frankly the biggest con to working here. He constantly insults, berates, and disrespects the employees. He throws temper tantrums like a toddler when things don't go his way or are done how he wants. He has no interpersonal skills, and the company suffers as a consequence.
