No room for growth, health benefits for families are horrible, no bonuses, pay does not increase by much, don’t expect any recognition if your not in IT or HR, company would rather throw a big end of the year Christmas party than compensate hard working employees, half the office is work from home while the other half has to come in, some employees get taken advantage of while others play the system and do half the work.
