I recently joined Nobl Q, and thus far, the experience has been amazing. What I find most impressive about Nobl Q is that they acknowledge and validate your efforts. Every month, they choose and honor employees during the Rewards & Recognition portion of the town hall meeting. These days, it is very difficult to find a corporation that treats its employees so well. Every year, they send out adorable and heartfelt work anniversary posters to show their appreciation for all of your hard work. I suppose that being noticed by a company is something that every employee needs. To put it briefly, I'm glad to be a part of Nobl Q.
