Pros
Family business where senior management and staff work closely together and each individual member of staff is valued. They are great at what they do and know their client base very well.
Cons
Still retains some fairly old-fashioned work practices and up until recently has relied heavily on paper. The pandemic has certainly helped push forward change in this department.
