Because of size, it can take a little bit to move around. However, management is always willing to listen and help employees grow

Great culture (FUN place to work), good benefit package for a small business (all the main benefits of a big company), teamwork, management listens, company is growing!

There's not a whole lot of negatives. All the people giving bad reviews I'm sure where fired for not doing their jobs and they are just bitter. Management gives ample chances to correct "problem" behavior. Don't listen to what disgruntled former employees have to say, it's not accurate at all!
