      - Job security (relaxed atmosphere, no body cares what you do) - Do what ever you think - work on your terms

      Cons

      - No motivation - No training or growth - No one cares about employee issues - You can plan to retire in the company without learning anything - Company promises lots of things but delivers nothing - The company is just surviving but not living - Insane executive management

      -Low Pay. $25 giftcards for bonuses on the holidays??????!!!!!!!! - Very Incestuous management. Everyone was married to each other? Never experienced anything like it before. Management were bullies, too.
