Awful employer - Security Officer Noble Way Pest Control Employee Review

The owner is one of the greatest owners to work for as you can see the previous employees never mentioned that he always gives you extra gift certificates to Starbucks Visa cards he tries to make sure if you need anything he will get it for you if you do not make it with this owner then it is your problems you must have lied in your interview or you or lying to him on a regular basis this man has never cheated anybody out of money I recommend that you try working for someone like him and you would appreciate a good boss one thing I noticed with is that he always made sure there was food in the office if it was not for my husband transferring I would still be there

Sometimes employees don't always try their best and he does get frustrated when somebody lies to him or steals from him and who wouldn't when you're working so hard to make sure everybody has a good place to work there isn't one person that can say they've been cheated Nord wear their paychecks not available on payday he make sure that at all times I've seen him loan money to people who need it that work there for a very short time he's even had his manager go and pick up some employees whose car did not run and we're running late he went out of his way to make sure they made it to work and also don't get caught on your cell phones during work time obviously these previous employees didn't care about their job more than their cell phones

Literally nothing. Bad environment and bad management

Major violations. The technicians work without lunch breaks. They are supposed to take them, but they are yelled at if tickets are not completed even though they are expected to do more than is possible. Business is very up and down. When things are too busy, manager yells that no one works hard enough and when its slow he threatens to fire people. Staff moral is very low. Office staff is required to clock in early and yelled At if they aren’t, but never paid a penny overtime. The time sheets are punched but manager passes out time sheets with fudged numbers. Staff has to sigh false time sheets in order to be given paycheck.
