      Pros

      Pay is decent and Noblis people are nice

      Cons

      They don’t give you any idea of what the actual job is and the benefits are not great. The onboarding is incredibly complicated and there is so much red tape and metrics and charts of your performance that you wouldn’t have time to perform your job if you tried to keep up with documenting your value by their system

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
