Pros

The benefits package was very good until it was reduced a few months ago. Many of the people at the lower levels are nice to work with. If you are inexperienced, this could be an attractive opportunity as the leadership is rewarded for bringing in low cost workers.

Cons

While transparency is encouraged, critical information is not shared. Favoritism is a problem for those at the top. In absolute terms, and compared to industry peers, the company has shrunk. It is not very well known and has lived off the reputation of MITRE, but now that is ending. Recent hiring of former government execs and leaders from beltway bandits doesn't fit what was once a great place to work. A very ambitious new leadership team has cut staff significantly over the last 18 months in an effort to right the ship and reduce costs that clients won't pay. Leadership trust levels are low and sinking further as "yes" people are installed in place of independent thinkers. Many honest leaders (Officers, Executive Directors, and Directors) have left or are leaving.
