      Mission-driven work and direction, flexibility for employees, great benefits, non-profit so money is invested in its employees and furthering the company's capabilities.

      Cons

      Can be challenging working for a fast-paced company looking to grow but then having to deal with the federal side of things where timing and decision-making can be unpredictable

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
