Pros

Working at Nobu is an experience like no other. The energy is unmatched—fast-paced, high volume, and incredibly challenging in the best way possible. The amount of knowledge you need to retain is intense, from the extensive food and beverage menu to sake pairings and Nobu’s signature dishes. There are constant tests and training sessions to ensure you stay at the top of your game, making it a place where only the best can thrive. The experience you gain here is invaluable; it sets you apart in the industry and prepares you for any high-end hospitality setting. The restaurants themselves are stunning—each location is architecturally designed to perfection with breathtaking views. You’ll serve some of the most elite clientele, from celebrities to global high-rollers, which keeps every shift interesting and unpredictable. There is an advancement for travel. Visiting various locations and countries or pop-ups. With the ability to not only explore but make an insane amount .With the ability to not only explore but make a insane amount of money.

Cons

With the prestige and high standards come long hours and physically demanding shifts. The volume is relentless, and you must be sharp, quick, and adaptable at all times. The internal culture can be intense—some captains can be petty, and the competitive environment can feel overwhelming. It’s not a job for the faint of heart; you need to have thick skin and be ready to work hard every single shift.
