corporate has not worked in restaurant industry so rules are stupid and over demanding deal with snobby rude entitled people where management allows it all especially when getting tipped tip pool very strict politicial no holidays you work 6-7 shifts plus doubles and never really get time off unless it benefits them not flexible attendance policy is very strict and certain things are worth high points so its easy to reach the maximum if you have a emergency
