We can work from home, timely salary till before submitting resignation. Firms silent directors are working in GTTB and they are trading it's and it's competitors products.
Cons
Not have fixed working hours working hours may extend upto late nights on many days also they will hold employee salary if u put resignation even u complete the notice period, after the notice period they will re collect the company properties and will say they u r not worked in notice period so we can't pay u r salary.
