Pros
Stable and nice working environment, a bit of financial support when on maternity leave, good medical package and flexible time window during which one can come to work.
Cons
No budget for trainings and certifications ("budget" is "frozen"), low salary compared with other, smaller companies, software development is mostly maintainence of old software from Germany. Low salary is main cause for huge workforce rotation (and both lowering software quality and knowledge about systems we work with)
