      Pros

      Working environment is relaxing. Don't have a lot management layers. Don't need to work overtime like other Chinese companies. Company shows care of the employees.

      Cons

      Don't have a lot of challenge. Like other big companies, it's really hard if you want to change something. Income is relatively low.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
