Good company, but not the Kraków which is a low cost center - Software Engineer Nokia Employee Review

Kraków location is a low cost center with all its disadvantages: - a lot of people are leaving the company because of: - low salaries (comparing to the market in Kraków) - student driven development (because of the reasons mentioned above) - managers who do not fit their roles - used up office space - second building across town (!) only because it is the cheapest offering possible - new chairs (Wrocław center was disposing their old ones so we got them )
