Pros
1. Great work-life balance 2. Generally great people. Colleagues generally respect each other and treat each other nicely 3. Great medical/dental, leave benefits, great environment 4. Very people oriented even when retrenching. Company is really going all-out to make this a less painful process for the employees affected
Cons
1. Too frequent reorganizations, with latest one on co-location causing many good people to leave 2. I've seen some people with very little credentials being promoted up due to this reorg, and some folks with good credentials being downgraded. 3. Pay increment is not great.
