Pros
Love being able to tinker with a lot of research ideas and then develop them into applications that are relevant for the industry. NRC provides a stimulating place for research without being in a cut-throat environment that only rewards how much code gets into production.
Cons
The company is not doing too well at the moment and a lot of question marks about it future.
