Pros
Salary and benefits was typically good, work / life balance was okay. If Nokia can get back to the point where it was in the early 2000's, it would once again be a great place to work. Nokia employees felt valued every day!
Cons
Changes in Nokia strategy has resulted in many many people losing their jobs, demoralization of those who remain, constantly stressful work environment, and people no longer feel valued as an employee. Additionally, workspace flexibility has been reduced significantly.
