      generally feedback and right to handle this sort of business is tuff but to gain something is very intersting.......

      price level had increased.......... sales on the market also gardually decreasing day by day

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
