      Good work culture that promotes trust, respect, teamwork, integrity and collaboration. Good work life balance. Excellent learning opportunity amongst people with passion for the job

      Cons

      Company losing market dominance. Numerous reorg in the past few years causing job instability. Huge exodus of long serving staff in past few years.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
