      Good for people with lot of experience and if you want to settle here for long term.

      Cons

      Not good for freshers and people who want to enhance their skills and grow technically. No growth opportunities and no equal opportunities.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
