Bad management. Project planning are not proper which results in extra work load during release times. Some product managers will try to put unnecessary extra pressure. Sometimes they will call you on weekends even though you don't have work. War room culture. They will start a war room for each project from the beginning without proper planning. There is no point in that and that never ends well. Very less hikes. No extra benefits to employees apart from salary and medical insurance. HR managers are not reachable at all. They will meet you once in your tenure over there, during your joining.
