      Great working enviroment. Good hours Benefits work sauna easy to plan holidays okay salary great colleagues airconditiong in the office

      Have to work sometimes exhausting the fear of being laid off huge economical troubles schedule of projects my personal failures with coding costed my summer work

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
