      Good working environment. Inspiring projects. Possibility to learn something new in mobile phone software.

      Cons

      Quite many projects are cancelled witch might reduce motivation in longer run.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
