      Pros

      Best work culture in software industry.. no pressure at all for work. good money but not the best. Always counted as a team

      Cons

      more politics for giving appreciation and hikes. upper management lacks in understanding who actually works and who simply portrays themselves as workers

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
