      Benefits are good, salary is decent, vacation time is pretty generous

      Nokia is determined to have only sales functions in U.S. They are moving all engineering and management to low cost countries or Finland.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
