      Pros

      A skilful person who is able to do the job correctly can be easily spotted and then promoted. That is why this is a good starting point for young and highly talented people. Good working condition and relations between employees.

      Cons

      High labor turnover. Not the best salary in comparison to the other local R&D software companies.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
