Pros
A big company in permanent transformation and open to suggestions to improve, with chances of international mobility and constantly challenging. It requires much from you but the reward and satisfaction of the success can be big.
Cons
Bad salary in Argentina. Adjustment only once a year and behind the inflation. The sell and pay in USD to customers and vendors, but the salaries are stucked compared to that currency. Constant reduction and increase of headcount. Big rotation and a company in process of centralization in global pools/hubs
