The company offers a lot of opportunities to develop ones expertise. The company could really give your career a boost by the learnings you can make not just from the work you are doing but with collaboration to the other experts as well. Flexible working hours.
Cons
No strong leadership. Rules are not strongly implemented that you could clearly see the imbalance in roles, workload, etc. Planning of features from the top management is really bad that engineers are rushed to fix on bugs which then lead to poor quality.
