      Pleasant working environment with cultural diversity.

      Cons

      Annual increase is not so generous. The organizational structure changes often so I somehow find it hard to track. I am not sure if this is just natural for big companies like Nokia.

      Great co-workers and local management. Interesting work projects. Fully committed to AI-enabled software development.

      Cons

      Unwritten expectation for evenings and weekend additional work. Felt like upper management viewed us as costs, instead of people.
