Pros
good salary, good benefits , people are good especially the ones that came from Alcatel-Lucent. Work life balance. Good training opportunities.
Cons
On layoff streaks since 2017 (layoff silently). Good engineers/PMs mostly laid off. Resource pooling is the worst part. Most line managers don't care about his/her staff. Senior Leadership is in limbo. Most in fear of getting laid off. No promotion path . No salary increase for years. 401k was terminated. Hires young people and then add those to the layoff with senior people probably to dilute the age bias.
