Pros
Can't beat the benefits and the opportunity to try different positions. Good, smart people work there and the lower-level managers can be quite excellent.
Cons
Senior management struggles with how to compete in the North American markets. Somehow North America does not get the support it really needs to be competitive. Need to be able to turn around software much quicker.
