Pros
Diverse workforce, mix culture, flexibility to wfh, take leave, opportunities to shuffle internally into different profiles, networking with colleagues, supportive people and staff, global work culture and policies, not so bad increment onan average, timely salary always. A goodbrand to get associated with in telecommunication industry.
Cons
Mid management politics, poorHR management and recruitment, too much internal focus and less on external exposure esp in India. Not much budget for engagement activities, very few anual events, poor infra in most offices.
