Nokia is a big compagny well structured. Good peaple who have the will to do good job Possibility to work in remote place (at home) 2 days (even more) a week. Flexibility in working hour
Cons
Not enough employee training Strategy change too much, what is right today will be bad tomorrow and should immediately stopped even if long investiment and effort are done too much difficulty to evolve and to change position within the compagny
