Pros
Flexible hours Telework good work/life balance If you have a good manager, you learn a lot Lots of autonomy, at least if you are local representative of a global team. As far as I know, there's not that much autonomy in local teams
Cons
HR don't really care about people There are not the same opportunities for everybody, you need to have contacts Too many reorgs and lack of transparency on them
