Pros
Good benefits, phones and opportunity to work on new stuff. As a big size company, you can expect all the advantages of it.
Cons
Too frequent changes most of which are confusing and unnecessary. Dead wood at management. Many departments function as silos. Everyone wants to protect their back during changes by politics. Very bad at integrating acquisitions.
