Pros
*Nice offices and accommodations (covered parking) *Generally nice people on all floors excluding the maid (I mean executive assistant) on the 7th floor.
Cons
*This company knows nothing about the US market and keeps cutting jobs because of it. It's depressing to see talented people get booted when it's senior management's Finnish-nepotism and a worthless marketing group who is bringing the company down. *Most former coworkers and friends left before the reorgs for RIM *hiring freeze means replacing full timers with contractors.
