Pros
- Gives a lot of freedom and self-management to its employees - Benefits are above average and improving - Gives an insight to agile culture - Has a lot of activities outside of work that are fun like Family day, sports fest and etc. - Really great energy with a lot of young people - Nice work-life balance
Cons
- Obsolete technologies - Not enough career opportunities above entry level in technical field (need to transfer to management) - Some of the management seem to think too highly of themselves, and thus fail to listen to others or be emphatic - Middle management uses valuable human-resources for self-promotion
