Pros
The current Nokia is much more focused, has now in-sourced staff in important divisions + the coming closing of the purchase of Alcatel Lucent would make the company much more bigger in size, talents, technical know-how and market share that can compete in major markets (US, China, Europe)
Cons
I don't see any yet. I've been collaborating with Nokia under Tieto for almost 3 years and we got insourced by Nokia which is a good thing.
